Orientation towards buyer and wish to offer our buyers more than they expect, with optimal expense of assets are basic direction of quality policy as integral part of company business policy.
Implementation of this policy has to secure:
- Complete orientation towards buyer's requirements
- Competative market position
- Reliable suppliers
- Company growth and employee's satisfaction as well as shareholder's satisfaction
- Permanent improvement of quality control process efficiancy
Quality policy must be based on mutual achievement of the following aims:
- Manufacturing products according to agreed parameters with orientation on permanent improvement and achieving satisfied buyer
- Make selection of such suppliers which will guarantee us stability of deliveries, competitive market position and lower quality costs
- Employee's contentment regarding social security, possibility of education and promotion
- Shareholder's contentment with profit rise and cost reduction
- Respecting present legislation concerning environment protection ad permanent improvement of environmental parameters at employees and society satisfaction
Every executor is responsible for application of prescribed activities and obliged to inform his immediate executive if any significant deviations from aims and quality policy occurs.
Department executives are operationally following use and fulfilment of aims and plans and in the case of deviation they take corresponding corrective actions.
Quality policy is correspondent to business policy of Dalit CORP Inc. and is published in the Manual for quality management.
