1. Production of models and tools
• Making models from wood
• Making models from plastics (ARALDIT)
• Making tools from metal and plastics
Area for making models is using surface of 2000 m2 and storage area for model sets is using surface of 4000m2.
2. Production of moulds
Moulding can be done in three different ways:
Hand moulding
Machined moulding
Automatic moulding
HAND MOULDING
Castings max dimensions of 3000x2000x1500 mm and max weight up to 6 tons.
The possibilities for hand moulding are:
. Gray cast iron, max 6000 netto
. Nodular cast iron, max 2000 kg netto
MACHINED MOULDING
Machine moulding Malkus - castings max dimensions 660x800x250 mm and weight GG up to 80 kg per casting, GGG up to 50 kg per casting.
Moulding into Croning shells - max dimensions 800x600x200 mm.
AUTOMATIC MOULDING
Moulding on automatic moulding line DISA 2013 (Mk4 213) - dimensions 600x480 mm
Moulding on automatic moulding line DISA 230 B - dimensions 650x525 mm
Multomatik - horizontal moulding with dimensions 1000x800x400/400 mm
MULTOMATIK
Moulding on automatic moulding line DISA 2013 (Mk4 213) - year of production 1984. , speed up to 340 moulds per hour. Dimensions 600x480 mm Dimenzije 600x480 mm and weight GG up to 30 kg per casting and GGG up to 25 kg per casting
Moulding on automatic moulding line DISA 230 B - year of production 2001., speed up to 500 moulds per hour. Dimensions 650x525 mm and weight GG up to 30 kg per casting and GGG up to 25 kg per casting.

3. Cores production
Machined production of cores is done by CRONING technology with machines type SHALCO and HOTINGER.
4. Melted metal production
Melting capacities are three electro-induction furnaces of middle frequencies each containing 6 charges and producing 5 t/h of melted metal and also two double electro-induction furnaces of middle frequencies each producing 500 kg/h of melted metal.
Melted metal is produced in gray cast according to quality standard DIN EN 1561 and also is produced in nodular cast according to quality standard DIN EN 1563.
5. Casting
Casting is done with the procedures by:
1. Pot
2. Puromat
3. Laser pour
6. Finishing
Finishing iron castings is done by grinding on floor grinders, pendulum grinders and manual grinder machines.
Shot blasting is done in tumbling belt and hanger type shotblast machines.
7. Control
The control of quality of castings - system of quality assurance is certified by CRS (Croatian Register of Shipping) according to ISO 9001:2008
Input raw materials and process results are being confirmed on moderate equipment in our own laboratories.
