Iron castings production technology comprises way of production:

  1. on automatic machines
  2. machined
  3. manual
Production technologies in iron casting production:
  1. On automatic machines
    • DISA 2013 MK4 - dimensions 600x480 mm and weight GG up to 30 kg per casting and GGG up to 25 kg per casting
    • DISA 230 B - dimensions 650 x525 mm and weight GG up to 30 kg per casting and GGG up to 25 kg per casting
    • MULTOMATIK - dimensions 1000x800x400/400 mm and weight cca. GG 150 kg and GGG 120 kg
  2. Machined on moulding machines
